  • New kitchen! Come relax on this quiet community with elevator access. This unit is on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. Enjoy breath-taking sunset views from the balcony or take a few steps to the sand and water and enjoy the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants including famous Crabby Bill's. Modern and well equipped 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen was just completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances. Indian Sunset Condominium complex is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. One of eleven units makes for a nice and quiet vacation. This unit is on the top floor with the best view in the house. It faces the Gulf of Mexico directly west to the water. It is set back about 50 feet from the soft sand. It has a walkout to a large covered balcony from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Enjoy meals, reading, and viewing the sunsets on the fully furnished patio. located just steps from the beach to enjoy the sun, beach, sunsets and the warm breezes. Wi-Fi is included.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The condo is beautiful and perfect h the or a small family. One of the best beach access areas we’ve ever had on vacation. The area is quiet and I crowded. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!!

Wonderful Stay!!

This is one of our favorite places we've stayed! Right on the beach with the most beautiful view. The beach was gorgeous and never crowded, even right in the middle of July. We were close enough to walk to several restaurants, a beach store, or CVS if we had wanted to. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here next time we travel back to Florida!

Wonderful stay all around!

You will love this place if you stay here! It’s a beautiful setting and only steps away to the beach, the pool or watching the sunset on the deck! Beautiful view from the deck, living room and master. Very quiet place. Beds are super comfy, pool is very clean as well as the condo and grounds. Plenty of towels, blankets, and supplies. The master is very spacious with an oversized bathroom and closet area. The new kitchen is beautiful and we loved cooking there. Plenty of place settings. Spacious table to sit at and enjoy a meal in. There is also so many great restaurants within walking distance. We had a car but you really don’t need one unless you want to venture out The Trolley runs to Clearwater Beach and more. Can’t say enough good about Alex! He is so nice and available when we had a small problem leaving our keys behind. This is our favorite place so far in n the area! We’ll definitely return for another stay!

Nice, cozy, and friendly

The properly grounds are not too big, 11 units in total. Getting in and out of the parking are a little tight but was still big enough for a minivan. The view was great from our balcony. The pool was just the right size for the property. The beach is private and not crowded with the closest public access about 2-3 blocks away. All of the people we met were friendly. You have a short walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bakery, and ice cream. Sightseeing of nature, boats, mansions in just a short drive around town. Clearwater is just about a 20min drive (just plan to spend a while there as parking is about $20 whether you're there an hour or a whole day.) The unit we stayed in was plenty big enough for us (my wife and I, 7 and 12 yr old boys, and my mom.) We brought toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry stuff, but the unit was already stocked. We just left what we brought. The view from the balcony was great as the sunset was directly in front of us. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay on the gulf side of Florida. This was our first time as we normally stay on the Atlantic side, but we plan on coming back sometime in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and well stocked. The view of the gulf was much better that we expected. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The Wi-Fi functioned well. Alex was very pleasant to work with. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. There were restaurants and some shopping within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed the nightly sunsets, easily accessible and uncrowded beach, and warm waters in April. It was a perfect place for three of us to stay. A very relaxing week that was hard for us to leave.

Absolutely a great condo to stay at. Alex the owner always responds quickly. Have never stayed anywhere that was so stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your vacation, from beach chairs to sunscreen and much more. We will definitely stay here again.
