Come sunset, Pier 60 hosts a nightly festival with street performers and craft vendors.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car since it’s the most practical way of getting around. We have plenty of free parking as well. If you’d like to use public transport, there is a bus stop (Jolley Trolley) right next to the rental.

Family friendly location

This was our families first experience with Vrbo and Clearwater beach. Was pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, cleanliness, decor, and proximity to the beach. The check in/check out process was effortless. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

This place was fantastic! It has that perfect location!!! Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The kids loved the days on the beach and nights at the pool! So nice to have a kitchen in to cook and not eat out the whole time. We would definitely come back to this place!

Weekday getaway!

We loved our stay at Monaco! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach! The pool was amazing to use as well! It was warm and well kept. We loved that this apartment was located close to the north end of Clearwater beach where our dog could enjoy the ocean as well! We will definitely be going back! Thanks Antonio for keeping us well information! Excellent place that was affordable!

Perfect for small group

Condo was very clean and as listed. Easy access using code and easy to find. Short walk to the beach and chairs/umbrellas available on site ( first come first serve) Pool area was well kept and all staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the shared patio area and being able to talk to neighbors. Would have liked the condo to be better stocked (very few dishes, silverware, etc) but still a great trip!

Overall from booking to check-out…completely worth it! Only a short walk (3 min) to the beach. Had chairs available for our use. There was a pool as well, but directions weren’t clear on how to get it the area. The area is quiet, but yet close enough to shops and restaurants. 10/10 we would definitely recommend this place and would come here again. Thank you for the amazing hospitality! ❤️

Clean, Convenient, and Peaceful

We are repeat customers for many reasons. This place is even better in person. It’s clean and has all you need for a short beach trip or an extended stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. We had groceries delivered right to our door. You’re also a short walk to several great places to eat. Antoni’s recommendations were perfect. This part of the island is peaceful. You’ll be sure to get a great spot on the beach or cool off in the pool. The beds are comfy and made for a good nights sleep. We are already planning our next trip…. You should too!

Wonderful location and stay!

Antoni place was wonderful! It was clean and spacious! The pool was very nice with lots of seating and pool floats! You couldn't ask for a better location it was a short work to the beach and tons of restaurants! My family and I are looking forward to our next stay there!

Great weekend getaway

The property is exactly as shown! It was super close to the beach as mentioned. The host was super great at communicating and giving recommendations to places without even having to ask! Definitely a great little getaway!

nice , quiet property, close to beach

Nice & quiet property with a great pool that was 1.5 blocks to the beach! Was in a quiet end of town but not far from the action. We enjoyed 2 bedrooms with plenty of living space / kitchen. Not glamorous but perfect for a budget. I would suggest more shelving and ways to let guests organize their toiletries in the bathroom. The only reason I gave 3 stars to communicate with manager is because the app was glitchy when I was trying to send the messages. We enjoyed our stay!
