  • Best Value for a stand alone renovated small Bungalow with tropical fenced yard in Largo, just 4 miles from Clearwater Beach. white beaded pine walls and vaulted high ceiling with original Italian tile floors. 339 square feet studio with lots of windows The Pinellas Bike Trail is just down the block and you can ride a bicycle on the trail to Clearwater Beach and Dunedin with no traffic. Cozy and comfortable, it is a great alternative to a small hotel room , great for monthly stays and snow birds and about half the price

    PVC fenced tropical yard great for pets or relax in the shade .
    High vaulted ceilings , impact windows, glass french doors, antique brick patio covered patio

    Has very small toilet room, shower, bathroom sink, 220 stove and oven full size fridge.

    One week minimum

    The Main Farmhouse is available for rent about twice the price 1000 square feet sleeps 6

    If booking for more than 30 days go ahead and book now and then talk to owner, as longer stays do not require 13% tax
