Perfect Location!

We have stayed here a number of times here and always enjoy it. Clean and comfortable, quiet pool area, beach across the street. Short walk to great casual restaurants. So much quieter and laid back than most beach areas. Quynh makes sure everything is right. We will return again!

Lovely visit!

We arrived the day after a tropical storm hit and we never would have known! We have vacationed in Quyhn's space several times and have always felt right at home, she is easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. We always enjoy the coffee selections while staying in the cozy condo and the proximity of the beach can not be beat! Quyhn supplies everything you need for a day at the beach as well as a supplied kitchen for cooking meals. We always enjoy our time here!

Amazing!

The property is perfect for a quiet beach getaway! It's located in a historic area and within walking distance of multiple restaurants and the beach is right across the street. Kitchen is fully stocked and I didn't need anything additional during my stay. Quynh took care of a mistake I made during my reservation process quickly and efficiently and everything went smoothly. Will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

Had a great time at this property

The condo is very well-equipped and the location is perfect as you can easily walk to everything in town. The bed was very comfortable making for a restful sleep. We did not rent a car and did not feel any need for one as there are two services that provide free rides around the area and just a tip for the driver is required and there is a bus to get to downtown St. Petersburg. The owner does a wonderful job of filling you in on everything and is very responsive if you have any questions. I would definitely recommend this property.

The condo is absolutely perfect. The location can’t be beat. It’s close to everything, but feels isolated. The restaurants and beach are steps away but you wouldn’t know it inside. The condo itself is perfect for a small family and has everything you need! And it was spotless. The area feels untouched and not touristy at all. The water is beautiful and perfect for shelling. We took a couple of day trips to other beaches in the area all beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Repeat guests who will return again!

We had a ten day stay with our children, ages 2 and 3. We were late to request an early check in, but Quynh was very fast to respond and was able to accommodate our request. We had a couple of very minor issues (broom that broke when we used it, no water to the building for a couple hours one day), and we are 100% pleased with how Quynh took care of things and communicated. The condo was clean, quiet, and well stocked for our stay. We love having such a short walk to the beach and restaurants as well as the first floor pool access and patio with small kids. We can’t wait to return next year!

This is our third time staying in this condo as a family of four. Our kids are getting older (3&5), and while a second bedroom would be nice, we did not feel cramped at all. We always appreciate Quynh’s communication and attention to detail to make every part of the trip easy. We know this area got hit hard from the hurricane last year, but things are back in business, and the updates in this condo make it even more comfortable than before. We love that we are able to use Uber from the airport to get to the condo and then walk or take the free shuttle anywhere we want to go. This time we used the Sun Runner in addition to the free shuttle (bring cash for tips) to catch a ride to the St. Pete Pier.If you’re on the fence about giving this spot a try, just go for it! We already can’t wait to visit again, and we know we will book this same condo again because it has been a 10/10 all three times. The host clearly cares about the property and making sure guests have a comfortable stay with easy communication.

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect getaway for our family of four. Quynh is an exceptional host and clearly communicated everything before and during the trip. We are coffee drinkers and appreciated that we could use our two favorite methods- Keurig and French press. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the condo was exactly as described in the listing. We flew in from PA, so it was super convenient to not have to bring towels or anything for the beach other than a few toys. The extras (paper towels, a few trash bags, a few dishwasher pods, toilet paper, K cups) made it way less stressful after we hit some bumps in our travel and didn’t have time to do a grocery order that first night! We had a very easy time feeding our family during the stay without using our rental car much. Instacart delivery from Publix was super easy, and the restaurants within walking distance were great. Our favorites were Paradise Grille (fast and affordable) and Paradise Sweets (for ice cream, snow cones, and coffee). To those with small children or adults who need a short walk, please be assured that even with a street to cross, it is only a 2-3 minute walk down to the beach and water. We could easily go back and forth between meals/snacks, pop up rain showers, and naps without it being a big deal like it has been at other properties with a longer walk to the beach. This place is a GEM! We are already looking at dates to book the same exact condo before next summer to try it out during another season.
