This apartment is an 1100 sq. ft. two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium unit with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room, and a patio-type balcony.

Master bedroom, which includes a king size pillow top bed, has a private bathroom with a walk-in closet. Second bedroom is furnished with a two full size beds. Towels, pillows and linens are included. Dining area provides an extendable table that can easily sit up to six guests.

Specious living room area is furnished with a large and comfortable sectional couch, coffee table and a flat screen television. Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, as well as all the pots and pans, dishes and utensils.

Unit also has an in-unit washer and dryer and a patio storage where your will find all your beach gear including chairs, coolers, blankets, umbrellas and water floats. For your convenience the apartment is accessible via a keyless door lock so you do not have to worry about accidentally misplacing your key. Free Cable TV, High-Speed Internet and Phone Service with free calls to US and Canada is included in this rental.

Great place to stay

Just stayed for a week at this great condo. Very clean and a great space for myself and 2 kids. We loved the pool and it was close to many stores and most of all the beach was just a short drive away. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, had a great time.

Just like home

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the beach but close enough to drive over when we wanted to. Condo was well stocked and the listing was accurate. Would recommend and visit again.

Nice and Relaxing

Great little condo, with all the great features for a family. Close to the beach, dining and super markets. A couple of sight seeing activities, the aquarium and all of the local shops made it nice to enjoy our family vacation.

Cute and convenient!

We enjoyed our week in Clearwater and our stay at this cute condo. Excellent communication and quick response from the owner when we had a slight hiccup checking in. Pool was busy but clean. We visited Clearwater marine aquarium, Clearwater beach and the Tampa zoo. The central location kept our drives short which was appreciated with the busy spring break traffic. We also went up to Targon Springs for a fun afternoon and fabulous meal. The condo has everything we needed and we took advantage of the close restaurants (all were delicious!) and grocery store across the street. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Agnes & Paul!

Cozy

Very nice condo. The kitchen well stocked very clean, AC was good beds comfy. Plenty of towels, the pool was nice, cooler beach toys umbrella & chairs provided . Shopping and restaurants very close. Con the unit is on third floor no elevators. Master bedroom and living room has a TV kind of tricky to use remotes, but second bedroom no TV. Master bath I had trouble turning on shower. Paul did call and text to see if everything was ok I didn't was to make a big deal since there were two bathrooms I used the other one. All in all it was a very nice place.

Perfect Quick Getaway

My mom and I took a quick girls' trip for some football and beach time and this place was perfect for us. It's in a great location with easy access to Tampa and Clearwater Beach. Everything was clean, well-kept, and well-stocked. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We loved the beach accessories available which made it very convenient for our time at the beach. It is on the third floor with no elevator, but we actually enjoyed that little bit of extra exercise :). The instructions and communication from the owners was wonderful and outlined everything very well. We will be staying again!

Responsiveness was literally a life-saver!

We needed a safe place to stay during Hurricane Ian when (surprise) you are on the path of disaster! Paul and Agnes responded in minutes and went out of their way to get us into the condo quickly and safely. PERFECT PARTNER for a place to stay ... even better if you are coming to Clearwater to enjoy the beach and the weather (rather than escape a hurricane!) Don't hesitate to book with this property!

Perfect little condo

Spent seven days at this condo with my family. It was close to the beach access and multiple stores. The condo was nicely decorated, full kitchen, washer/dryer, beach/towel accessories, access to pool, and close to everything.

Felt like home away from home

The entire experience was positive when renting and staying at this beautiful condo. Agnes & Paul, the owners, have almost everything available to make anyone staying feel welcome and comfortable. Its location is ideal for going to the beach, going out for some shopping, or exploring the many restaurants in the area. I can’t wait to go back and book again!

Lovely condo close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo is well-cared for with all the supplies you could need. The pool is beautiful and the gated entrance to the complex was appreciated. While it is a more urban setting than we were expecting, it was so nice to have easy shopping available. And the drive to the beach was so quick! Agnes and Paul were very responsive to our couple questions, which was so nice. We definitely recommend this property!

The place is as clean as the pictures. Close to stores, quiet, super clean. Confortable beds.

I loved the place as soon as we drove into the parking lot. Paul was really helpful when I had questions. Very clean and smelled wonderful. Loved the variety of utensils in the kitchen, chairs and toys for the beach were a great hit. Beds and pillows were confortable. I would book it again with no hesitation.

Spring break

This is a good location for us, halfway between my son and the beach. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. 3 sets of steps can be a struggle with luggage and groceries. We had an issue with people staying below us. Upon unloading our stuff at 8:30 pm, the downstairs neighbor was pounding on our ceiling with something. Apparently we were making too much noise with our luggage. He also confronted us one day on our way out. We went to bed early and slept late, so it couldn't be an issue with noise at night. I am thinking they should rent/own a unit on top, if they didn't want someone above them. We really enjoyed the heated pool! We didn't spend alot of time in the unit, as my son lives close. Only unit issue is the towel rack in master bathroom needs replaced and carpet is in need of being replaced, as fairly worn/stained. Would definitely stay here again though.
