The house was clean and comfortable. Three adult family members stayed during Christmas season 2025. The kitchen had plenty of cooking space, storage, and cooking/baking supplies. We cast movies to the television in the living room, and the sofa was spacious. The back yard was fenced with gates to separate it from the front yard. We appreciated the screened-in patio which was accessible through clear sliding glass doors off the living room. Just outside the screened patio, there was barbecue equipment (which we didn't need to use). The bedrooms were a good size. Louder voices and noises like television shows tended to carry in to the bedrooms, but we were respectful by trying to keep the volume down. The two bathrooms were nice. There were plenty of towels and bedding. There was a washer and dryer in the attached garage. I think this unit is a newer listing, and there are supplies in the garage. We couldn't park a car in the garage; however, there was easily room for two vehicles in the driveway. While we were there, the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. The host seemed very effective at communication and willing to help if we needed anything. We would stay at this unit again.
