Fish right off the private dock, or launch a kayak for a paddle through the intercostal. Dock your boat or watercraft right outside your back gate. Entertain guests rain or shine by the pool-side covered ground-floor patio.

French doors lead from the kitchen and additional seating area to a back balcony perfect for sipping morning coffee or an evening cocktail while you watch dolphins swimming in the Bay.

This home is approximately 3 blocks from the Gulf Beaches entrance. Swim, jog, walk on the beach every morning, or, pull your beach cart filled with chairs to watch the sunset. Every day is an adventure living the beach life!

Walk to Candy Kitchen to grab a treat. Visit the shops, restaurants, and nightlife at John's Pass Village are 5 minutes away by car, or catch the Trolley along Gulf Blvd. 1.5 blocks away. Grocery stores, a post-office, the community park with tennis courts are less than 5 minutes away. Explore downtown St. Pete which is a short 15-minute drive.
