Great little place for a short stay. The beach is right around the corner, and there are plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance. We had a small issue after arrival, but the owner was quick to resolve it. We will definitely be back!

Great location, quiet but close to restaurants. Clean for the most part, did have some large bugs upon arrival and the first morning we were there but they stopped coming after that and were not a big deal for us. Will be back.

We had a great stay at this place. It was exactly as described. A very short walk to the beach. Darren, the maintenance man, was great! He was replacing the chairs and table when we came back from the beach. We had a couple of questions for him about where to go and he was right on!

Nice and easy on the beach

This is a great overnight option and I will stay again. The hosts were very communicative, the unit is easy to access, the beach just steps away, and some good restaurants within walking distance. Seems like the town could have just 1 more coffee option, if anyone is looking for a business idea. :)The space was clean and felt roomy. My only requests next time would be that they don't install air fresheners, replace the bedroom lamp lightbulb with a normal one, and change the bathroom lights to be less wattage. Easy changes to an otherwise perfect stay!

I loved that it was right around corner to beach. Room needed some updates. Beds comfortable. Locked myself out no one stays on property. Had to have neighbor call the service told them to call my neighbor. She didn't she called my phone which was locked inside. I finally got door open. She never called back. Me or neighbor. U have to wait 10 min for shower to warm up then u get in and out fast cuz water turns scalding and won't turn down. Umbrella we were to use was broke. Good location

Indian Rocks Beach Anniversary Trip

My husband and I booked this space for our 23rd wedding anniversary. The price was great. The bathroom was a little snug, especially the shower. But I knew that going in, because of the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only interaction we had with the property manager was a request for more toilet paper. The location was great. Super close to the beach if you went through the gate that was labeled beach access. However, the grumpy man living in the condo was sure to tell us we were trespassing on private property and that the parking lot was not a walk through to get to the beach. We thought he was kidding at first. Until he didn’t laugh. Oh well. We used it regardless. It’s not like we were being disrespectful. He was just being rude. We would definitely stay here again if the bathroom was a little bigger. Thank you!!

This is a super convenient location where you can walk to everything! We never needed a car our entire trip! The beach is extremely close and not crowded at all! Having the chairs and umbrellas provided made it so easy to pack up and go to the beach! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Birthday trip

My husband wanted to drive to IRB for his birthday. We found this place easily on line, and it went well. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than we expected but certainly doable even for us in our 80”s. We are both short so it was difficult to reach the fan and light chains
