    Steps from the beach newly renovated and beautifully decorated 1 bdrm 1 bath condo has granite counter tops and vanities, 50' flat screen TV, Bdrm TV and dual band 5G WIFI. New queen bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Perfectly located between the hustle and bustle of St Pete beach restaurants and nightlife and the historic laid back community of Pass A Grille. ALL walking distance! The Free Beach Ride is a taxi service that works on gratuities only, so there is really no need for a car. There is NO other hamlet with quicker access to the beach via I-275 and the Bayway.
    Within a cozy 20 condo bldg you won't be bothered with hundreds of adjoining condos.
