We really enjoyed our week at this house. Quiet, family oriented neighborhood. The pool was great, however, it says it was heated but because temps were in the 50's a couple days, the heater couldn't keep up so we only got to use the pool 2x. Disappointing. The outdoor space was great. Nice screened in porch where we spent most of our time. Beautiful decor - coastal and farmhouse combined. Good open floor plan. Super comfy beds. Easy digital access to house so we didn't have to worry about a key. We used the washer and dryer several times, so nice to have.
Some suggestions to make the house even better: Upgrade kitchen pots/pans/utensils. When you rent a house, you expect to cook some meals rather than eating out. There were 2 pans, both with wobbly handles and with a lot of the non-stick coating gone. 2 low quality pots. Very few cooking utensils to use. We actually went to Dollar General and bought a couple of large serving spoons, tongs, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, foil pans to cook in, and some plastic storage containers.
Also, an upgrade in bathroom towels and washcloths are in order. They were thin and small and didn't come close to covering us after our shower. We ended up using the beach towels.
With that being said, these things weren't deal breakers but would have made our stay much more pleasant. We would rent this house again.
