Beautiful 3-bedroom house 1 mile from Indian Rocks Beach

  • Located just a few minutes drive to Indian Rocks Beach, this family-friendly retreat offers accommodation for up to 8 guests and everything at your fingertips. It is on a secluded street near to the main shopping strip, so only a short walk to all local grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, bars, parks and more.

    Perfect for families or groups of friends, this home offers a queen bed in the Master Bedroom, a full bed and bunk bed in Bedroom 2 and a full bed in secluded Bedroom 3 at the back of the house. The Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 share a bathroom with a double vanity, and Bedroom 3 has its own ensuite bathroom. The dining table seats up to 10 people and is perfect for communal meals.

    Enjoy flat screen TVs with a 68" smart TV in the living room and a 40" TV in Bedroom 2. Wifi is up to 500 Mbps, accessible for all guests. Back room has multiple chairs and a dedicated work space.

    Guests will never be bored with a basketball hoop in the backyard, a ping pong table in the garage, outdoor games, board games and toys for the kids. The fenced-in backyard has plenty of room for play, a gas barbecue and an outdoor dining table.

    Nearby attractions include Splash Harbor Water Park, Florida Botanical Gardens, Clearwater Beach & Pier 60, Clearwater Marine Aquarium and downtown Dunedin. Tampa Airport is only 35 minutes away.

Our stay was 5 star all the way. Kelly is a very attentive, quick responding, very accommodating host. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious and very well supplied with quality cookware, dishes, personal toiletries. All the beds were very comfortable. Kelly also supplied use with a crib and high chair for a granddaughter. The backyard was private and well maintained. It was nice for the kids to play in a fenced area that Kelly supplied with games and toys. The location is excellent! A short 1-2 minute drive to the beach in a great neighborhood. Kelly covered all the bases…beach toys, beach chairs, beach cart. beach towels, beach blankets, boogie boards the list goes on. We had a wonderful month. Thank you Kelly!!

Excellent place to stay. Kelly, our host, thought of everything a family would need to have a memorable stay. The place is immaculate. There are plenty of comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped. If one would rather grill outside, that is provided, too, along with all the tools one would need for grilling. Excellent and quiet neighborhood. There are some stores within walking distance. Plenty of toys and games are provided. If your family wants to spend time at the beach, Kelly has provided all the gear one would need for a trip to the beach including a wagon to take it all in. Kelly is an excellent host. She is extremely accommodating. She answers any questions/messages with expediency. I would definitely recommend staying here.
