The bungalow was very comfortable and we had a very easy arrival. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a dog park close by. The beach is a close easy walk. Everything you need was stocked, the couches and bed were comfy. We enjoyed sitting outside and thawing out in the sun.

One year old's Birthday celebration

The house has a great location in regards to the beach acess and restaurants that are in walking distance. More than enough space for smaller families. Full size washer dryer and a great kitchen to utilize during your stay. Check in and out were seamless, Paula is very good at communicating and quick to respond. I would highley recommend.

Memorial Weekend Family Trip

We had a great 5 nights at cottage B this past weekend (husband, wife and 2 college age children). The interior of the cottage and yard are beautiful and very well maintained. The location can’t be beat. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, coffee and restaurants. The extra amenities were great for the beach and we loved having the wagon, chairs, umbrella etc for the beach. Would love to stay here again!

We loved this 2 bedroom 1 bath VRBO. Great location and walking distance to beach. Owners had wagon, chairs, boogie boards, and towels which was super helpful. The place looked new and had a clean, airy beach vibe in decor. Great location near deli for breakfast items and sandwiches for lunch. Walking distance to a few restaurants for dinner as well. Property manager and owner were very responsive. Thank you for a great family spring break!

Amazing!

Great location! The extra stuff that was included was amazing (beach chairs, wagon, sand toys and water toys). I was worried about having to share with the other cottage but it was not a big deal at all. Our Jersey neighbors were amazing. We had a great time!

This location and property was the perfect stay for our Spring Break vacation! The cottage is very clean and well kept and the outside patio area was so fun and relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. You also can’t beat the super close walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Fantastic family beach stay! Less than a block from the beach and fully stocked with everything you need—chairs, wagon, cooler, toys, towels, and more. Loved having a cool, clean cottage to come back to for lunch, bathroom breaks, or escaping the sun. Walkable restaurants, a charming coffee spot nearby, and a short drive to our favorite breakfast place, Voilà-Merci.Perfect home base for a relaxing beach week with my mom and two daughters. Location, Location, Location... This home is located in the center of Indian Rocks and just a stones throw to the beach. Probably the best location we've stayed at in over a decade of visiting this area.Recently renovated, Beachy Keen has great amenities, wonderfully decorated with Extra Comfy King Beds.The outside common area makes this jewel a step above the rest.
