Ideal location beachside with only 25yd walk to the beach via 14th Ave beach approach! There is a heated pool open 24 hours with outdoor shower and 2 reserved assigned parking spaces. Walking distance to multiple amazing restaurants and bars as well as shopping. Grocery store only 5 minutes away. Our non-smoking condo is fully stocked, pet friendly w balcony boasting partial beach views. We are local hosts, ready to make your stay absolutely amazing! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located in Beachside Villas is awaiting you! We have an owners closet stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, floats, pickle ball paddles, tennis rackets, volleyball, and basketball! Just bring your bathing suit and flip flops and come relax! We have stocked this condo with all new linens and huge beach towels as well! Come enjoy the quaint beach town of Indian Rocks Beach where there is so much to enjoy: Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve 5 minutes away, Kolb Park is 2 blocks away and has basketball, pickleball, tennis courts, skate park and a wonderful childrens playground. Busch Gardens Amusement Park, Zoo Tampa, and Florida Aquarium are all within 45 minutes drive. Clearwater Aquarium is only 20 minutes away. Suncoast Beach Trolley runs 5:30am to Midnight 7 days a week and holidays with a stop only 9 blocks away at 5th Ave. It runs between St Pete and Clearwater during those hours. You can easily explore the whole area by hopping on and off the trolley and never worrying about parking. Water activities such as deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, biking are available nearby as well! Come play in paradise!

This second level condo is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need. The furnishings were very comfortable. We appreciated having access to the beach chairs and beach towels.

Beach fun

Great place very close to the beach! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and Hurricane Eddie's right across the street. Plus the other restaurants that are so close! Would definitely stay again!

This place was spotless and decorated in the cutest costal decor. We loved the layout with the large sectional couch. Access to the ocean was easy and so close. Great to be able to walk to bars and restaurants too.

This rental is perfection - has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your days at the beach. Close walk to the sand, restaurants, and shopping. The condo is so well decorated and the amenities are first class - the appliances, beds snd showers are like being at a 5 star hotel. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Indian Rocks Beach Condo

As advertised, beautiful newly renovated condo. Very clean and well stocked. Jon the owner was so courteous and response to questions. The partial view from the deck was great for gulf sunsets! I highly recommend this unit and owner!

Beautiful condo, great location, responsive hosts

We stayed here for several weeks and couldn't have been more pleased! The condo is beautifully decorated, with an updated kitchen & bathrooms, a super-comfortable bed, and a balcony with partial views of the water and sunsets! The proximity to so many restaurants, parks, shopping, and the beach, not to mention other interesting towns within a short drive (like Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor) makes this the perfect vacation spot in Florida! We enjoyed biking on the nearby Pinellas trail, the Wilson Ream Clearwater trail, and walking in the NUMEROUS parks in Pinellas County. Our hosts responded quickly when we had questions. We were pleasantly surprised with the provision of shampoo and soap products, toilet paper, and trash bags for our whole stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Property was in a great location, extremely clean, with excellent communication from the property host. Anytime I had any questions Jon was on top of it in a timely manner. The property was stocked with amenities that some properties skimp on (paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, etc.) Property location was great with the beach being a short walk and not over crowded. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful Condo

Very clean, updated, beautiful condo with a rather short stroll to the beach. You can tell the owners take great pride and have their guests in mind. This condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was wonderfully presented! It was very clean, newly remodeled, comfy and inviting. The owners were very responsive to any inquiry we had. One note is it was advertised as having a hot tub on premises, however there is not.

Perfect Getaway

Had an amazing time for our stay in Indian Rocks beach! This condo was nothing shy of amazing. It accommodated my four growing boys along with myself and my husband. Once you enter in a long hallway you see the bright updated beautiful kitchen with a binder. In this binder is EVERYTHING you will need to know. From local restaurants to nearby emergency facilities. There was also some puzzles and games to do at night winding down after a long eventful day at the beach!

Amazing Beach Condo- Amazing Hosts!

This was my first experience booking a VRBO. Luckily, my friend had booked this same condo last year and recommended it to me since she loved it. I booked the condo for my daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday party and brought some of her friends. The location is fantastic, right on the beach. The condo had so many amenities and was well stocked with plenty of beach and bath towels, extra bedding/pillows/sheets. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. We will definitely book this condo again…you can walk to restaurants- Pajano’s Pizza is pretty much across the street and the pizzas are huge and delicious. We walked to Guppies on the Beach for dinner one night and it was great too. Thanks for being great hosts, Jen and John!

Awesome location!

Being less than a five minute walk from the beach was awesome! No traffic, no parking woes. Great restaurants within walking distance. Guppies was our favourite. Be sure to check out Kookies Coconut Ice Cream-a 10 minute walk away. Their oat milk ice cream was heavenly. It was wonderful to have all the beach supplies including beach chairs and an umbrella. The condo felt like home and the partial view of the beach was a bonus. It had everything you need and was clean and modern. Our teenager loved the huge TV. It was a first class experience. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Beach escape

This place feels like Home away from home. The bed is extremely comfortable. The home is decorated like a beach escape and very welcoming. This home had a large living room couch with large TV for family time. This home has everything you need. Great location and walking distance to anything you would need plus more. The home Has everything you need for a day at the beach: Beach, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys. And the beach is located with just a few minute walk from your front door. The two parking spots that are available for you makes it convenient for unloading and loading your car. If I ever came back to IRB, this would be the place I would stay. Host was great to work with and responded quickly to questions.
