  • OCEANWAY is located directly on the Gulf Of Mexico in Indian Rocks Beach. White sandy beaches are just steps away. Enjoy the amazing views and sunsets from the large balcony on this top floor CORNER unit. Completely redone inside, this 1221 sq. ft. condo features granite countertops, stainless appliances, hardwood and tile flooring, designer furnishings, luxury bedding, full size washer/dryer and great open floor plan. Ocean front heated pool and spa. Oceanway is a smaller building with only 17 units and offers plenty of privacy for a peaceful,relaxing vacation. Update: If cleaning fee was not paid through the booking site it will be due to maanger upon arrival $200. Booking fee not refundable.
