Please note Beach Place #505 has assigned 2 parking spots with no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

This ideal retreat will be your home away from home, where everything is here to start your get-away. This beautifully designed property starts in the bright and open kitchen, with plenty of granite counter space, newer appliances and seating for up to 6 people. Utilities are stocked for your convenience for any of your cooking needs.

The living room has a leather loveseat and 4 additional comfortable chairs, perfectly situated next to the private balcony which offers views of John's Pass Village and Gulf waters. Here is the perfect spot to indulge in your favorite cocktail while experiencing one of a kind Florida weather! The master bedroom is attractively furnished with 2 queen size beds, television and access to the balcony. The spacious second guestroom has a king sized bed, sitting area and television. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds, closet and dresser drawer space. This is a perfect unit for couples or families. Linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. This is a non-smoking home, with free WIFI, but no phone. Community laundry is available in the same building.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need.

Naturally 505 Beach Place is steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well.

A great spot to hang

We really enjoyed the space. It has a wonderful view and a great location right across from Johns Pass. The beach is one of our favorites and there is a lot to do around the space. There are a lot of amenities on property as well.

Better than anticipated

We've stayed here before in other units so were prepared for anything. We were very pleasantly surprised at how up to date this unit was and the cleanliness. The location is perfect, can walk anywhere with a short drive for some groceries. Gorgeous view of the bridge, corner of the beach and could easily see fishermen. Definitely would stay again!

We loved watching the bridge lift up for the large boats. However, I was disappointed to find out there was no washer and dryer - I booked it and totally must have misread it. And the elevator was not working at some point everyday which was a huge inconvenience since we were on the top floor! Overall, our unit was nice

Horrible experience

I’ve been booking this beach condo for years, and it used to be one of my favorite spots for a relaxing getaway. However, this year’s experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the staff was noticeably rude and dismissive — a complete change from the welcoming service I was used to.To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service multiple times during our stay. I’m currently 8 months pregnant, and our room was on the 5th floor. There were several occasions when I had no choice but to walk up all those flights of stairs, which was not only exhausting but also incredibly unsafe for someone in my condition.Sadly, this visit has completely changed how I feel about staying here, and I won’t be returning in the future. It’s unacceptable to treat loyal guests this way and to not ensure basic amenities — like a working elevator — are consistently functional.

Reviewer Comments: Elevator presented a huge safety risk with at times not working. Witness other guests carrying elderly folks up and down 5 flights of stairs. Check in process took 4 visits... they were nice... just confused. Elevator was a concern of other guests too. Many people would not use the elevator feeling unsafe. Floor was filthy. We had a 2 year old that was on the floor a lot while inside and she had black filthy legs and feet.

It was a bit warm in the unit and a note not to put AC below 72, but being an end unit it took on the direct sunlight and did heat the unit up considerably. We also found a cracker half eaten under one of the living room chairs which is not a food we had with us? There were a few fans that did help. The elevator was slow and hot and was not maintained for cleaniness on a daily basis.

THE VEIW WAS NICE BUT IT IS ONLY PARTIAL GULF VIEW. MY GRAND DAUGHTER DID ENJOY WATCHING THE DRAW BRIDGE GO UP AND DOWN, SO THAT WAS A PLUS. THE BACK (MASTER) BEDROOM WAS DARK AND MOSTLY QUITE, WITH THE RARE EXCEPTION OF ELEVTOR AND GARBAGE SHOOT NOISE. THE TV SITUATION IS A BIT TRICKY, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT. THE FRONT BEDROOM HAD SOME TRAFFIC NOISE. WE HAD FRIENDS STAYING IN 310 THIER VEIW WAS AMAZING BUT THE ROOM WAS VERY DATED AND HAD A FUNKY ODOR. OVERALL WE WOULD STAY AGAIN IN THE SAME ROOM IF AN UPDATED BEACH FRONT WAS NOT AVAILABLE. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY NICE. WE HAD A DISHWAHER ISSUE, WHICH WAS MINOR BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT HAD I MENTIONED IT SOONER.

With better cleaning this unit would be perfect- upon arrival, we had no paper towels or a sponge. Just dish soap which was odd - a lot of hair on the bathroom floors and a used bar of soap left in the front bathroom- we found food below the chairs in the living room and behind the night stands- outlet between beds in 2 queen bed room does not work limited lighting available.- back bedroom outlets had similar issues with power - cable box tv remotes missing - white sheets on queen bed had stains on them, but they did appear to be clean

The location had great access to John's pass and view of the bridge. However the downside was noise from the park below as well as traffic.Red tide prevented use of the beach which affected our overall experience.Access elevator is very slow and hot.
