  • This is a very cute and updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is available at popular Beach Place Condos. This 1,360 square foot home sleeps up to eight and is near all the top amenities! Perfect family designed retreat is ready for your vacation to begin. Free Wifi

    You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

    Step inside this bright, open floor plan and discover an updated kitchen with newer appliances and granite countertops. With all the utilities provided, and lots of space, cooking on your vacation has never been easier. The living area contains a dining table for up to six people, as well as comfortable furniture and large screen television. The outside balcony offers a nice view of popular John's Pass Village, which is conveniently located across the street.

    All bedrooms in this unit provide wonderful accommodations, televisions and lots of closet and dresser drawer space. The master bedroom and second guest room both have 2 queen beds, while the third contains 1 queen bed. The bathrooms, like every SunHost property are spotless and meticulously prepared for your visit. Linens for all beds, extra pillows, and sufficient towels for your stay are provided. This unit offers free WIFI, washer and dryer and 2 assigned parking spots. Please note, there is no visitor parking. This is a non smoking home.

    When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need.

    The location, can't be beat. Here you are near it all, including the one of a kind beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and popular John's Village Pass, a hit with young and old alike. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

good overall. property location IS rt next to public access and parking to the beach so it can get crowded but walk north and it dies down. pool is really nice with newer gate. elevator is out but we were com were compensated

There were some cheap beach chairs in the room to use. I like that there was a code for all the doors and gates. So no keys to have to carry. Only downside is our bedroom was right next to the trash chute. So we could hear people dropping trash down of the mornings. Overall great experience for our family of 7.

Amazing location! Easy walk to the boardwalk for dinner, shopping and activities. Not to mention the onsite pool and beach front access.You will hear traffic and the draw bridge noises but you get use to it quick. Beautiful view from the balcony. We did not want to leave.

Nice family vacation

Location across from John's Pass was great. Condo was nice, but the beds could be improved. Master bathroom needs to have the shower fixed (it's a handicap shower which is fine, but water leaks out on to the floor). Overall, we had a fun time here.

Beach getaway

There's no better place to vacation than John's Pass. Everything you need is right there. The condo suited our needs however we had to give up the good beds to the kids and the double bed had a less desirable mattress and no ensuite. The condo came well equipped with essentials. Could use some more chairs for the patio and beach towels, but it didn't lessen our enjoyment of the property. Thanks very much for our stay. Hope to be back soon.

We found the location fantastic. There was plenty of great restaurants and things for our group of ages 17 and up. No fault of the condo but we did have people above us making a lot of noise. I don't know if they were remodeling or what but 1am. is too late.

I do wish there were a couple larger pots and pans but I’m sure most people weren’t cooking in as much as we did. The only complaint I have is that the elevator was broken as often as it worked over the course of the week. My in-laws were supposed to come with us and last minute plans changed and they couldn’t. If they had, we would have had serious issues as they have mobility issues and can’t do stairs. I even called in advance and confirmed the elevator was working.

Flying wire at the door, Ventilation Grille in bathroom Falling from the wall, a door felt nearly from the wall. The general condition of the condo is a Desaster. Further it was not very clean. All in all pls. Do not book this condos.The only good thing is the area around with restaurants and Bars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a great vacation. A couple things to work on though. The floors weren't very clean, sand present when we arrived. The hot water heater is set way too hot, potential injury waiting to happen. The attitude during check in (Stacy) was far less than desirable. I've been staying at Beach Place for >15 years and fully understand the rules and procedures for this place. I was talked to like I was a 5 year old. We had a slight problem with the AC unit, we called the desk for help and got a similar response, not good. The maintenance man arrived and promptly corrected the problem. He was courteous and professional.
