Walk across the street to enjoy your private beach (deeded to the homes in that community). Enjoy the hot tub with a view of the big pink Don Cesar castle. Easy access to the beach bridge to jet to Downtown St. Pete in just 10 minutes! *Per the city of St. Pete Beach's short-term rental restrictions, the home can only be rented once every 30 days.*

Wonderful

The house was very nice and well maintained. All of the amenities were top notch. The yard was perfect for the dogs and we really enjoyed our stay.
