  • My favorite flower from my trip to Florida has to be from the floss silk tree (Chorisia speciosa). The flower is about 4-6 inches across and the bright pink from the tips of the petals can be spotted from quite a distance. It's like someone took the flower of a hibiscus and and infinitely improved upon it. The Florida Botanical Gardens are beautiful AND free! With over 30 acres of themed gardens to explore and photograph.

Great place to stay for your Florida get away

Great house and Great Location, Everything we needed was there. When we reached out to the owners and they were very responsive and gave good ideas what to do in the area ! Great time !!

Just what we we needed

This cottage was the right amount of space for our family of 5 and included the right amenities. We cooked breakfast everyday, packed a lunch picnic and ate out for dinners. Internet worked great. Very convenient to have the laundry on property. The best part was the location. Super close to coffee shop, Publix, Walgreens, etc. and quick 5 min drive to Indian Rocks Beach. Also, conveniently located for checking out other beaches in the area. Great family spring break!!

Cute little cottage

We enjoyed our stay. Had one little hiccup which was immediately resolved. There was no hot tub as specified in the listing and it took a while to find the second bath, which was in the garage. It was a full bath and very clean. My only complaint was the king size bed squeaked every time you moved.

Isolated. Would have preferred to be within walking distance of beach. Next visit to Florida beaches we will use google maps to check Vrbo location.
