This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront condo offers beautiful beach views in the heart of St. Pete Beach. Located just across from the beach and close to shops, dining, and activities, it features a stunning balcony with views of the heated pool and Boca Ciega Bay—ideal for enjoying both sunrise and sunset!

St Pete on the bay

The property was lovely, very clean, and close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops, etc! My youngest also loved the pool access, and we all enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water. Would stay here again, and would recommend!!

Great stay where the manatees play!

Our stay here was wonderful. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, right across the street from the beach and beautiful views of the bay. We loved watching the manatees every day. We look forward to a return visit here!

This place was perfect!

Beautiful location. Short walk to the beach. We are arched manatees play from the balcony. Everyone was really friendly, from staff to other renters. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Sunrise. Where Manatees Play!

Property is as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Loved the water views, saw manatees each evening and dolphins visited the last night of our stay. Beach just across the street. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Best hidden gem for my wedding!

Wonderful Location!

This was our first stay at this resort/condo. The location was perfect. The beachfront, restaurants, and shopping were all within walking distance, which we loved. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Beautiful views of the Intercoastal Waterway from our balcony, not to mention, the daily visits from the manatees were a treat! We are already planning for our vacation here next year. Thank you for the hospitality!

Quiet and Satisfying Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our May 2024 stay at Sunrise Resort 201 was nearly flawless. The unit was clean, safe, well-appointed and comfortable. Within walking distance to a local grocery store and numerous beach/resort restaurants, the location was ideal. For future visitors, unit 201 includes a drip coffee maker, blender, plenty of cooking supplies, two small coolers, a beach umbrella and at least two beach chairs we left behind. The pool/beach towels leave a bit to be desired so consider bringing your own. The unit includes new appliances (washer/dryer, fridge with ice maker and water, dishwasher, electric range/oven). The king bed was fine and the linens were clean. The condo resort is very quiet and friendly. The owners a couple doors down (#205) were super nice. Neighbors and property managers were good about giving us a head's up about remodeling construction next door so that we could plan to step away during the noisy part. At night, the resort was very quiet. Manatees and dolphins were an almost daily occurrence outside our window. The pool is a bit small, and the hot tub isn't very bubbly but each was functional and never crowded. We did not use the grills in the pool area but saw several residents take advantage of them. There is a covered bike rack to lock and store your bike (rent a bike down by the Publix if you wish). We discovered shuffleboard, pickleball, etc. equipment in a common storage area end of our visit (as well as some beach chairs after purchasing some to replace the rusted chairs previously left behind in #201). Overall, a nice, well-priced and quiet rental in a walkable location across the street from the beach and public transportation.
