  • Recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the Beach Cottage! This unit is located directly in the center of building II with a direct view of the Gulf from our spacious balcony! Both the living room and master bedroom have direct access to the balcony and gorgeous views!
    Wood plank tile throughout the condo.
    Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, cambria countertop with breakfast bar.
    Master Bedroom is spacious with a King Bed, large walk in closet, smart tv and direct access to the balcony. Master Bath has double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower.
    Guest Bedroom has 2 queen beds, large closet, and smart tv. The guest bath has a tub/shower combo.
    Living room has a sleeper/sofa, loveseat, chair electric fireplace and large smart tv.
    Other amenities include FREE Wi-Fi, full size washer and dryer in unit, books, games, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella available for your use.
    Exterior Features: Assigned covered parking space included with plenty of guest parking available. The beach has white, silky soft sand and a volleyball area. There is a large heated pool and spa, gas grill station, outdoor showers/restrooms and a very large pool deck with plenty of loungers tables and chairs. Close to restaurants, shopping, bird sanctuary, Clearwater beach, St. Pete, I-271 and the airports.
