Great family fun

A good place to stay to walk to the beach. St Johns pass is near as well for family fun! Only suggestion is to possibly include mop to clean up floor as it gets dirty very quickly.

Loved this place. First time to Treasure Island and stay here was very economical, nice location and good access to the beach. I highly recommend. I would love to own a place like this. It's perfect.

We had a great time. The location is perfect. The place was decorated well and the bed was comfy. My only complaint were the loud people upstairs but it happens when people are on vacation :).

End of summer getaway

Very convenient from room to beach. Short walk to John's Pass boardwalk. Lots of food in the area. Only negative was that a red tide was still going while we were there because of the hurricane that had gone by a couple weeks earlier

3 night stay - check in process is quick and easy with all necessary instructions for stay emailed out prior to stay. Property is very nice and well appointed, very clean throughout. Unit was very clean, nice, great amenities. Location is short walk to beach, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Very nice property that is managed well and the management team seems to have thought of everything ! Will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and big enough for family of 5. I did wish they had another way to pay for the washer and dryer besides quarters only. Possibly a change machine or adding a card reader to them. Also I did wish each room had their own safety gate at each enternace on the bottom floor. A lot of the times it was left open or tied back from others using it. I would stay here again.

A perfect getaway

The location was great just across the street from the beach. As I saw mentioned before if you are in the lower level you should definitely plan to hear everything they do about you. It wasn't too bad but there was one time it woke me up. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The pool and grill were great as was the beach!

Nice, quaint feel

The room had everything we needed, was close to the beach and has a convenient store right beside the bldg which was great! Check-in was easy! We stayed in room #2 on the 1st floor. Every morning we were awakened by loud noise in room above us, as if children were jumping and falling continuously. When you book , ask if you will be on the first floor and if you are ask if property mananger would leave a note in the room above reminding guests that someone is below them and can hear all noise.
