For your best vacation, welcome to stay in our newly renovated and tastefully decorated condo for having a relaxed vacation !
Family with kids, young retired ( snow birds) or just couples who want to spend romantic moments, everybody is welcome.
Enjoy your vacation by relaxing in a bedroom with a king bed, an amazing pool view and a large walk-in closet. Amenities in the living room include a 50’’ flat TV, Netflix and cable, free unlimited wireless internet access and two queen sofa beds. Full linens are provided and you will enjoy having your own washer and dryer.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated and a relaxing covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. The bathroom is also newly renovated.
The condo is located on the second floor ,in a beautiful gated community, 10 minutes away by car from Clearwater Beach, voted # 1 beach in U.S. in 2013 and 2018.
You can enjoy water sports, fishing, boating and beach activities. If you want to explore Florida, it is 90 min away from the major attractions like Orlando Theme Parks ( Disney, Universal Studio, Sea world ), 45 min away from Bush Gardens and much more.
At the property, you can enjoy a large, beautiful heated swimming pool with salt water, a barbecue area, fitness center and an elegant clubhouse with business center and internet access.
Supermarket and good restaurants are within walking distance.

Wonderful!!!

Another great stay at the complex. This is our 4th year in a row and it did not disappoint. This unit was in a great location steps to the pool, parking lot and gym. Close to shopping, restaurants and short drive to the beach. Will be booking again for next year :)

This condo is just as advertised and was perfect for our needs. It is close enough to Tampa and the beaches but just far enough from the fray. Elena and Erwin were very communicative and a pleasure to deal with!

Perfect location

The condo was exactly as described but with all the extras. Because of some health issues we prepare almost all of our meals here and it had everything we needed and more. The pool area was beautiful and also nearby. The Clearwater area is near everything and Publix was literally across the street. I loved that the entrance to the complex had a traffic light with a left turn arrow. The beach was about a 15 minute drive.

A perfect spot!

A clean and very comfortable condo in the middle of all the hot spots. Tampa, St Petersburg, Clearwater. Too many beaches to count and condo had all the beach items needed, chairs, floats. Really close to property pool. Clean, saltwater heated pool. Beautiful! Owners were great communicators, great instructions how to enter, where to park, how to get into condo. Comfortable bed, pillows, couches, blankets, beach towels...we needed nothing. Thanks for a great stay and would definitely return in the future.

Floridian At Heart

Frequently travel to Florida. I have rented many properties but this property was by far the best I have ever stayed in. Clean, decorated exquisitely, but most of all they provide everything you need. There was not one thing needed. Pillows, blankets, kitchen items, beach supplies, everything I reached for was readily available even items I did not expect to need was already thought of by the owners. Elena and Erwin can’t express in words what a great job you both have done. The condo grounds were clean, beautiful, and easily accessible. The pool outstanding ! I am an older traveler and usually look for elevator availability this does not have one but the stairs to the second floor were not steep and I handled them well. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Condo and Location

Condo was exactly as pictured. Was clean and everything went just as it should. Condo is in a great location for quick access to beaches, Clearwater, and Tampa. The Avalon complex is very nice and well maintained. Pool is fabulous. Heater was out the week we were there but, while not a direct result of the recent hurricane, it not being fixed quickly was understandable given the amount of damage the area sustained. There were a lot of pools in the area that were damaged. Would not hesitate to stay in this condo again. Would suggest two fixes but neither of these are significant issues that would keep us from renting again. 1) dryer timer doesn't work. Won't shutoff in either auto or timed modes. First load ran through on auto ran for hours. Tried the timed dry function but that didn't work either. Made sure we checked after 1 hour and timer hadn't moved. 2) Deck blinds are missing 1/2 of the blades. Not likely that someone can see in, but it would be nice to have privacy of complete set of blinds.
