"The property could use some updating and maintenance, but the location is fantastic. The beach is amazing and the staff on the beach who get umbrellas and chairs out for us every day and those who keep the towels filled. It makes it our pleasure to be there. The bar was very crowded and it was hard to get a drink. But you could order food and drinks delivered to your beach chairs. The room was acceptable but definitely could use some updating and new mattresses. My mattress had a huge saggy hole on one side that I kept falling in. The shower was just ok. But as I said, location makes up for a lot. I enjoyed being able to walk a few minutes to the other property and use the various pools. The beach is fantastic and that’s all I really cared about. It’s a great home base to visit lots of popular places in the area. And there are many great restaurants nearby. I would return to RumFish"

"This hotel is in the perfect location. The beach is so close and umbrellas and chaise lounges are set up daily for your use. If you want the convenience of the pool, the ocean view is still amazing. Everything is walkable from this hotel with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping in both directions. I would recommend it 100%."

"Pool and restaurant closed for private event. No notification of this before checking in. Was told maid service was every other day-they came everyday—banging on door at 8am. Asked for a late check out I. Lieu of not getting to use pool/spa/restaurant but was turned down. Not too customer oriented. "

"We had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn & Suites—the front desk staff were excellent, and housekeeping kept our room clean daily. The hotel is centrally located with places to eat, shops and have drinks. The beach is a five-minute leisurely walk from the hotel. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Our only negative is, we had both breakfast and lunch Jimmy's Fish House restaurant at the Holiday Inn & Suites but on our last day they only had one waitress, so we walked out. However, we found Jimmy's Fish House located in the next building, the tenth floor of the Edge hotel and the food was also great."

"We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. The staff was super helpful. Parking does get overcrowded due to the pickleball courts and volleyball courts but we always had a place to park. The Skybar is a good place to enjoy a cold beverage and take in the view!"
