Adorable One Bedroom One Bathroom With Easy Access To The Beach!

  • Please be aware that Hurricane Helene 2024 left some scars. Both of our units are upstairs and were spared, with no damage at all. However, there was flood damage to the downstairs units. They are now fully mold remediated (even the upstairs was treated as an extra precaution). The whole courtyard, the pool, washers, dryers all have been replaced. The downstairs units will be eventually restored, doors, drywall, furniture etc. It is insurance related and of course manpower related. Just permitting will take at least 2 months from now. If we know more, we will post it. The company we work with will reduce the impact to a minimum, but we simply cannot exclude possible build activity 100%.
    A touch of New Orleans at the Gulf of Mexico! The Royal Orleans is a quaint, comfortable condo complex across the street from the white sands of the Gulf. The Royal Orleans has a year-round heated pool, free WiFi, on site coin laundry and is just steps away from public beach access!

    Unit 211 is decorated in a fun, beachy theme with all the comforts of home! After a fun day at the beach, grab a drink, sit on the deck and enjoy views of the sun setting over the Gulf!

    This studio is perfect for a couple or a young family. The unit is spacious enough for a long-term stay. The floor plan allows for an additional air bed, 2 flat-screen TV, dining table and comfortable chair all the kitchen and a nice-sized bathroom with hairdryer and plush towels.

We can't say enough about our stay at your condo. The location was fabulous, a sixty second walk to the beach! We also enjoyed lying out by the refreshing pool! We loved the collapsing beach chairs too! This place had everything we needed for a beach vacation.

We had an awesome weekend! The pool and common areas were open for business! Adorable unit and Sooooo clean! Short walk to the beach. Had a blast celebrating birthday with friends. I can imagine it is amazing once reparations are completed from our storms. Would definitely stay with you again!

Loved the large separate bedroom with lots of storage, ceiling fan, and central a/c. Stayed in many units and this one is one of the best. Recommend providing beach umbrella and beach cart/wagon. Full size fridge was a plus and location is wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Hope to come back again soon!

Stay was was good. Location is nice if you want to have the best of both worlds, for me that is Beach and City nights. There is construction going on due to the 2024 earthquake but workers and Tennants were very respectful and helpful. Highly recommend this cute beach unit perfect for 2 adults.

Quick trip to beach

The condo was perfect for just me. I was in to visit relatives so wasn’t going to be in the condo a lot BUT I wanted access to the beach to walk in the morning and this was perfect. Very safe for a female traveling alone. The area is still under going renovations due to hurricane but condo was just great for a single person.

Perfect stay

We just returned from our stay today, and the condo was described perfectly. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The property itself is older, but very clean and well kept. It is a short walk to the beach across the street, and near a crosswalk. There were several restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you could need close by; many within walking distance. The condo was quaint, clean, and great for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and we had nice beach chairs and beach towels provided. We would recommend this place, and would definitely stay again when we come back to the area!

Excellent place to stay my girlfriend and I enjoyed this sweet tuck away. Well taken care of and it smells lovely when you walk through the door! Great for a couples beach gateway! The downside was when we arrived the unit had no A/C on and it 91 degrees when we arrived. After setting the ac to on it took until the next day to bring it down to 78. I highly recommend getting and planning an activity to let the place cool down.

Clean, Comfortable and Quiet Unit

Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again, but would try a first floor unit Unit 212 was clean and had everything we required, but difficult climb to the second floor. The closest stair way was steep with no break or turn landing. It was totally exposed so no shade. Hand rails were so hot, we could not hold on. This may not bother some people, but we are elderly and found it very difficult. The good new is that there are other stairs available but not as close.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was in a great location, just a short and easy walk to the beach, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including beach chairs, beach towels and coolers.
