This may be one of the very best places we have ever stayed. Everything we could possibly need was available and we were literally steps from the beach and walking distance to great food and entertainment. The owners are very responsive an accommodating to our special needs. We will absolutely return!

Condo was extremely cozy, everything you needed was provided. Well equipped for a fun day on the beach less than 20 yards walking distance. Beautiful, fun location with shops, restaurants and great atmosphere. Christy reached to make sure everything was good, very great communication The sunsets in the evening is a most see.!!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea-renity. The rental had everything we needed for our stay. The owner responded quickly to any concerns. It was well decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We were concerned about road noise, but it was very quiet. There were several excellent dining venues close by. We would probably stay there again.

This property has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach is calm and not crowded because the condo is not by high rises. Close to everything! We had a lovely relaxing time. Christi responded promptly with any questions we had.

Amazing place to stay!

Steps away from the beach!!! The beaches were not busy or crowded, plus a private pool we loved. Very clean comfortable condo that has everything you need! Love that the hosts offered beach gear, and games to play when you needed out of the sun for a little bit. The condo is in walking distance to food and places to shop. The hosts were absolutely amazing responded within minutes and very helpful! My family and I can’t wait to come back and visit again

Great location in Indian Rocks!

We had a great time at Christy’s condo in Indian Rocks. She was extremely communicative throughout the booking and check in process. The condo was clean, and we had everything we needed during the stay, including beach chairs and pool towels. My only con is that the pool wasn’t actually heated, but that didn’t stop my toddler from enjoying it, ha! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Fantastic!

This condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Check in was easy, check out was easy, overall excellent experience. Highly recommend for folks with children - there was plenty of room for all of us (myself, my husband, my 7 and 5 years olds too!) Loved the ease of getting to the beach and the elevator was a HUGE win! We absolutely will be booking again!

Perfect beach and condo

This beach is family friendly and much calmer than the surrounding beaches. The condo is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with great cooking ware and utensils, the beds were very comfortable. Those were the most two important things to me and I was not disappointed! The hosts were very easy to contact and we didn’t have any issues at all. The neighborhood is great and the condo was perfect!

LOVED! Can’t wait to come back!

Communication was amazing from the start and getting in was a breeze! We loved we could walk to so many places feeling involved but so nice to head back to condo and get a break of it all. The pool was empty just about every time we went and the beach wasn’t too crowded the whole week! Although, we did bring our own beach toys, tent and such - they had so many beach accessories to use as well as towels. Loved the washer and dryer was right there! We can’t wait to book another stay here!

January at the Beach

Overall we rate this property excellent. It was very quite here and the condo served us well. We were able to make day trips in the Tampa area to visit sites. The condo management was very responsive. They even made a special trip to resolve our need to receive US mail at the site. The community is unique in that many of the businesses are small family owned. We would definitely return to this condo.

Perfect Vacation

This place is amazing. The condo is beautiful plus there are so many beach towels and supplies, a beach umbrella large enough for two people, sand buckets and shovels, pool noodles, kick boards, 4 or 5 beach chairs and now a pair of goggles and really nice inflatable lounge chair that I left behind because I couldn't get it back in my suitcase plus and a wagon to drag it all to the beach. The beach is gorgeous and, since it is a private beach, it is not very crowded. The path to the beach is just behind the swimming pool and there is a shower you can use to get the sand off of the beach stuff and yourself. If that wasn't enough Christy made a binder that has information on the activities and restaurants in the area. We are definitely coming back for another stay!!!

Perfect GetAway to GET AWAY

This was my 1st stay at a Vrbo on the Gulf coast. When I say 1st impressions mean a lot, this 1st impression MEANT a lot! The condo was as described and more! The extras that were included (Beach gear, beach towels, toiletries,spices, etc.) were a real convenience. Christy is the epitome of super host. During my stay my friend and I were hanging in the garage area and all of a sudden I heard my name! It was Christy and she recongnized her beach tote I was carrying. She came over to us and introduced herself and husband. They are great people and so friendly and accommodating. They bent over backwards to fulfill our needs. I will definitely re-book with her and look forward to a new friendship that will last a good long time! You will not be disappointed.

The host was great! Excellent communication. Checking in was a breeze and the condo was beautiful. We stay in the area twice a year and have rented many different condos. This one, by far, surpasses any of the others we've stayed in. Loved the beach decor and the keurig! And of course we loved that it was right on the beach with easy beach access. We had an excellent, relaxing stay.
