  • Vista Verde North in St Petersburg is only 6 minutes from St Pete beach via the Bayway Bridge with its beautiful views of Boca Ciega Bay. After a day enjoying the calm Gulf waters, come back to Vista and enjoy the heated pool and hot tub just steps from the condo. The condo boasts a King bed and a Queen bed for a restful stay. Guests will enjoy two bathrooms with a shower and bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Bright and lovely, this condo offers a soothing retreat where guests can feel right at home. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything St. Petersburg and our condo has to offer.
    *Please note that Vista Verde North Condo Association requires a background check for all occupants 18 years of age or older. The background check will be paid by me (the owner). *Renovations are happening on the outside of all the buildings in Vista Verde North. As of Summer 2026, they are still working on bldg 1 & 2 and we are bldg 4. Since we are on the first floor, it will not affect us in terms of balcony and stairs.

It is a Pretty condo with all the essentials. I really enjoyed having access to the beach chairs. Hilda left us water bottles in the fridge which I appreciated since we arrived late and didn’t have time to shop for groceries. The TV worked. Hilda was easy to communicate with and helpful. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and really enjoyed the proximity to st. Pete beach and Fort Desoto. The location is fantastic.
