Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms provide a comfortable setup for your stay. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, features two Queen Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, includes one King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, offers a Bunk Bed Twin over Full. Bedroom 4, Color circle, provides one King Bed. Two bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials and hot water for the group.



Indoor living

The large living area is designed for easy gathering, giving you space to connect or settle into a quiet moment. A TV and dedicated workspace add flexibility for both downtime and everyday tasks. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the indoor environment comfortable. The game room extends the indoor experience with a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcade machines, all visible from the backyard.



Kitchen & dining

A spacious full kitchen with stainless steel appliances lets you prepare meals with ease. The indoor‑outdoor dining area flows naturally from the kitchen, offering ample room for everyone to share meals and conversation.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool that serves as a relaxing focal point. The fenced backyard includes outdoor furniture, a fire pit, a putting green, and an outdoor bar with a minifridge. A patio provides additional seating for warm evenings, and free on‑premises parking plus street parking add convenience.



Essentials & conveniences

A washer and dryer, Wi‑Fi, and smart lock enable effortless self‑check‑in and everyday comfort. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are provided. Families will appreciate the pack‑n‑play/travel crib and high chair. The home is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
