WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED: Should there be a HURRICANE threat in the area or an evacuation order, we will allow you to cancel your reservation 3 days before to give you time to find another vacation property.

If the pool area closes due to hurricane damage or flooding, we will contact you and also give you the option to cancel without penalty, as we know how important a pool is to many.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: Should you have to cancel due to your own emergency, we will work with VRBO to refund you 75% of the daily rental fee providing that we're able to rent it out to other guests. The VRBO service fee will have to be worked out directly with them.
