Just 5 min. to the beach, close to Clearwater, Ft De Soto, St. Petersburg, and in the heart of the many beaches on the Gulf Of Mexico.
Gated community, Large pool, tennis courts, grills, gym and clubhouse.
1 new king and 1 new queen beds and 1new hide a bed couch queen size. Sleeps 6. Cable TV in each room and WIFI.
Comfortable Screened porch with two Adirondack chairs.
Dining table for 6. 2 at breakfast bar.
A/C and Fans in bedrooms and living room.
Washer & Dryer. Iron.
One large bath with garden tub. Hair dryer.
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, airfryer, free pkg.
Close to shopping centers, grocery, site seeing and fishing or boating. Lots to do in the area.

Excellent Stay at Madiera Beach Condo!

My group had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was very clean and quiet and had everything that my group needed. We enjoyed the pool and lovely grounds. We would definitely return and stay again!

Everything that was mention was there. Tons of beach supplies. Beds/pillows were comfy. Nice pool onsite. No issues at all. We would stay there again.

Winter break

We really enjoyed our stay. We felt the condo had everything we needed to have a great vacation. It was a short drive to many beaches and attractions. Plus it had a wonderful heated pool and clubhouse. Neighbors were kind and welcoming. We will definitely rent again.

Elegant spacious condo a short drive to the beach away from the crowds

This unit in a gated complex is comfortable and well furnished with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer, and a large closet with beach items. The owners were very accommodating and neighbors were helpful for my stay. Ne nene

Madeira Stay

Liked the condo. Everything was as described in the listing. Couch was little uncomfortable and beds were comfortable.Heated pool was very nice. Only thing negative was no designated parking for your condo and sometimes had to walk a distance. Love the area with an awesome clothing shopping area nearby. Beaches were close. Lots of nice parks for walking with some alligators. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Almost perfectly located

This was a great rental. 5 to 7 min drive to the beach and 5 to 7 min drive to family we were visiting. We liked that it was gated and near but not on a main highway. Only downside was the closeness to a fire station. Sirens every day but didn't notice them at night. The hosts created a very welcoming home to stay in. Thank you for being our first Vrbo rental. We will definitely be using this service in the future.

Good location for our plans

This property was the perfect place for our stay. The rooms were big and the kitchen was good for making a breakfast in the morning. Parking is a bit tricky if you are out past 5. You couldn't find anything close. The shower was tricky to use but once we figured it out it was great. The furniture in the living room was a couch and love seat. With my bad back I would have loved a chair to sit on because the couch was to soft for me. The owners were so easy to work with. We didn't get to use the pool so I can't comment on that. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Fred’s place. We were able to relax at the pool, visit the beach, and even take advantage of the great restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Really nice two bedroom condo in a very attractive gated community. Clean and comfortable. Special attention has been paid to the decor which includes upgraded furniture and beds as well as wood floors. It’s quite beautiful. We loved our stay. The pool area and grounds are immaculate, the neighbors very friendly, and it’s quiet at night. We would definitely book it again.

Overall this was a great place to stay. It was about 15 minutes from the nearest beach. It had everything we needed, plenty of beach gear, the pool was great for our kids, and it was clean!

Family vacation

The place was very clean and had many extras like beach chairs and coolers. The space was decorated very nice and was the perfect size for my family. There was a nice pool and the place was very quiet. Would stay again.

Nice, very reasonable little condo in a good location.

The condo was perfect for our family of three that went. Not on the beach, but only took 5-10 minutes to several nice beaches!! Great location for shops, restaurants, and not in the crazy thick of the hustle and bustle!
