Rather small, did not know it would just be a small section and not the whole home. Private entrance though and code which was good. Despite that, good for someone just needing a place to sleep and enjoy florida. Owner was communcative and responded quickly.

Nice Property and owners!
My friends and I enjoyed our stay! It is small but still very nice. The location of the house is in a nice neighborhood. The owners are very nice and answered all of my questions. The gym is a nice place where we hung out to stay out of the room! We did workout but not much. The house is in the perfect place to visit multiple beaches. We went to 4 different beaches that were all about 25 minute drives.
