Beach View Balcony at John's Pass

Madeira Norte #306 - Nice Beach View from huge balcony. Pleasantly appointed 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath beach condo located steps from the beach and across from world famous John's Pass Village. Master bedroom has balcony access as well as a king bed and access to 1/2 bath. Guest Bedroom has two single beds. Living area has a sleeper sofa, best for the little ones. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

This 940 square foot vacation home has an open floor plan with ample seating in the living area for watching television or playing board games. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils as well as a washer and dryer for your use. Glass top dining table offers seating for 6. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a view of the beach and ocean. Free Wifi at Madeira Norte #306. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Beautiful vacation

The elevator was old and sometimes not quite okThe property management should send out arrival instructions, codes etc. 48 hours before arrival. Not every tourist in the USA has wifi available all the time. We arrived at the office 10 minutes late and then had problems getting our documents.
