2-bedroom house in delightful Dunedin, near stadium, 90 day minimum
This cozy house in Dunedin is the perfect home base for your trip. With 2 nice bedrooms featuring a king and queen bed, guests can relax in total comfort. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities like an iron, laundry, fully stocked kitchen, three wall-mounted smart TVs, AC and heating. The Florida room is a guest favorite for morning coffees. It has a tile floor, flat screen TV, seating and dining area, with blinds all the way around. The pet friendly backyard is large and fully fenced in complete with patio set and BBQ grill. Two blocks to the baseball stadium, close to Pinellas Trail and downtown Dunedin, and less than 7 miles to three world-class beaches. This is our future retirement home and we treat it like we live in it instead of as a rental. We look forward to hosting you at our place!
