Class A Condo - located in Belleair Beach, FL

  • Tortugas de Mar is arguably the nicest condo on the beach with unmatched grounds and a beautiful spacious pool to match. There are only 30 units and an abundance of parking. This unit was renovated in late 2021 and is on the 3rd floor (the top floor) of the south building directly on the beach with unobstructed views you won't find anywhere. The unit is just under 1,400 SF with large bedrooms and closets. The kitchen is open to the dining room and family room, so the beach is visible from just about every vantage point. Light and airy, you will feel like you are on a dream vacation. There is a balcony with table and chairs, so you can relax and enjoy the gulf breezes and salt air. Belleair Beach is a residential community, so the complex is quiet, but shopping and restaurants are less than 2-miles away. What more could you hope for.
