  • 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly upgraded with new beds, appliances and paint. Central A/C throughout the house. Fenced private backyard with an in ground pool. Pool and Patio furniture, including a new gas grill and also gas fire pit. Screened in patio where you can relax and listen to music with the surround sound system and keep cool with two overhead fans. Quiet neighborhood located near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Madeira Beach is 1.5 miles away. The beach has an outside restaurant & bar with bathrooms and showers. Come and enjoy your vacation in Paradise, you won't want to leave!
