3 cozy bedrooms, all with a fun, tropical design! On one side of the house, the master has a king bed, smart TV, direct access to the backyard, and attached ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a single vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower.

The other end of the home has two more bedrooms; one with a queen bed, and the other with two bunk beds (one twin-over-full & one twin-over-twin).. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom located right off the hallway, with one vanity sink, toilet, and a shower/tub combo.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The kitchen has great visibility into the main entertaining areas of the home, allowing those cooking delicious meals for the entire group in touch with everyone else while they enjoy the amenities! This modern kitchen has all new, stainless steel appliances and a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably seat 8 (plus 4 more bar top seats in the pool table room for casual dining).

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted with a comfy living room, filled with lots of seating & a big smart TV - perfect for a movie with your close family, or for your group of friends to host a thrilling game night! Yes, there are two game rooms jam-packed in this house! The first is the pool table room, located right off the dining room. This room has a lounge-vibe, with a cool neon sign and bar top seating that looks into the kitchen. As soon as you're finished with your pool game, you can hop directly into the backyard through the patio access from this room.

Right on the other side of this room, you'll have access to the other game room. This room has lots more comfy seating, another big smart TV, arcade games (The Simpsons & Ms. Pac Man), and foosball. So much fun tucked away in this home!

Your breath will be taken away as you walk out onto this stunning back pool deck! The heated pool is the centerpiece of this yard, but it is also accompanied by lots of seating, outdoor dining, another TV, BBQ, comfy sun lounging chairs, mini golf, fire pit (wood burning), giant Connect 4, corn hole, and a kids' play set.

Other things to note:

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
