    * We are taking extra sanitizing measures to thoroughly clean each unit.
    * Our laundry is always sent out for professional cleaning and sanitizing.
    * Sunset Vistas is now a SMOKE-FREE property. There is a designated smoking section at the front of the building by the driveway.
    * Sunset Vistas is a Gulf/Beach Front Complex on beautiful Treasure Island Beach.
    * There are heated 2 pools, 1 large main Pool with a Jacuzzi and a Kiddy Pool with a splash Pad and a Jacuzzi for parents/adults.
    * The unit has a fully renovated, fully equipped Kitchen with Quartz Counter Tops, Shaker Style Cabinets, and Stainless Steel appliances.
    * This unit is DIRECT Gulf/Beach Front, facing the water.
    * Price includes FREE WIFI and FREE COVERED Parking.
    * This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo sleeps 6 with a KING bed in the Main bedroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and an additional Queen Sofa bed in the Living room.
    * There is a large Balcony with DIRECT Gulf/Beach Front views for viewing Beautiful Sunsets that you can access from the Living room and Main bedroom.
    * There's a Breakfast Bar in the Dining room/Kitchen with LED under counter and bar lighting, and a large table with seating for 6 people.
    * The Living room has a 4K Samsung 55" flat screen TV, and a Natuzzi Leather Queen size Sofa Bed with upgraded mattress.

We love coming and staying in Carolyn's Condo. It is always immaculate and the only place we will stay at Treasure Island. The view is gorgeous! Any problems or questions she gets back with you immediately. I believe this is our 4th time staying here and we always hate to leave. You will be extremely happy that you chose to stay in 306W at Sunset Vista.

Beautiful condo with an amazing gulf water view. Steps away from the beach allowed us to go in and out easily. The condo is two floors above the bar and comfy outdoor seating area and the pool is to the side, so an active side of the building, but we liked that and it was still very quiet at night for sleeping. Worth it to see the beautiful sunsets from the balcony or wake up and look out on the quiet morning beach. Carolyn was a great host and I would 100% recommend this rental. The on-site cafe is a huge bonus too. Loved our week-long stay!

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were quite comfortable which is important to me when I stay at a rental property. It was well equipped with plenty of cups dishes bowls and cookware. As stated in the description on the website it was very close walking distance to the beach and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Fantastic condo & view

Great for family vacation

It was an easy check in process with great directions. Beautiful views directly of the beach and great access to the beach. The kitchen was immaculate and had all the right amenities to be able to cook. The place was in excellent condition and well maintained. It had lots of stuff for the beach with toys, towels, boogie board, and cooler.

This condo is very clean and decorated so cute and beachy. Check-in instructions from Carolyn were very clear and concise. The kitchen is very well stocked which appreciated when you're flying to your destination. The view of the Gulf from the balcony is spectacular. The location is great as well, just steps from the beach and never a far trip to any restaurants or shopping destinations. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation!

We had the best time at Sunset Vistas and in this unit. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We will absolutely be back! Lots of fun in the sun, the heated pool was great and we saw quite a few dolphins everyday!

Treasure Island in December

The condo and all amenities were perfect and just what we were looking for! The property owner was amazing to work with! The condo is very clean and you can tell extra care goes into making sure it’s clean and perfect for guests. The view is amazing and easy access to food, bars and fun things to do. We definitely hope to stay there again!

Amazing location with ocean view avd beautiful sunsets. The condo was the best as far as being well equipped with amenities and everything we needed. Extremely clean, updated and beautiful. January Stay

We stayed at this property due to its great location in the area, ocean front view, and cleanliness. You really do only need to come with your clothes. Everything else you need to get started is provided. We also really appreciated receiving a late check out since we had a late flight back home. Will definitely stay again.
