GulfSide Resort is family owned. We have 10 beautiful vacation suites that sit just a block and half from the sands of St Pete Beach. Easy walking distance to numerous beach bars, restaurants, and shopping. Our property is comfortable and relaxing. Each unit faces the pool. Parking is safe and close to your front door. We have a huge pool with fountain, a shuffleboard court and a putting green. Beautiful property! We also have beach chairs and beach toys for the kids too. Gulfside Resort is a NO SMOKING & NO PETS community!

The space
Unit 9 is a 1 bed/1 bath unit with a king bed and a queen pull out sofa sleeper that is on the second floor overlooking the pool and property.. It has nice natural light and shares the balcony with unit 8. It has approximately 580 Sq Ft with comfortable seating. All of our units have split unit air conditioners that are efficient and quiet. Kitchen is stocked with microwave, stove, utensils, dishes, pots and pans.

The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Weekend Visit

My wife and I spent a weekend at the property and it was perfect. Great location, beach , restaurants, bars & shopping. Jim was the perfect host and the apt was as advertised.

Long weekend in st pete

Wife and I spent a 4 day weekend at gulfshores resort. Room was clean, comfortable, and great location. Many outstanding restaurants within walking distance. Beach a block away. Pool was awesome. Spent quiet time reading around pool. Would stay here again. Good value.

Family Reunion

We had 20 members of our family at our reunion from various cities in Florida, as well as from Brooklyn and Auburn. It was nice to be so close together and hang out at the pool with no crowds. There was plenty of parking and it was a short walk to the beach.Our grandsons enjoyed the golf and shuffleboard. Owners were very helpful!

Perfect Place to Stay

The property was even better than described. James, the property contact person and owner was top notch and very friendly and professional. He made himself available if we had any questions. The property was very clean and in a perfect location within walking distance to local food and the beach. The rental had everything needed for the beach including chairs and a cooler. It also had a fully stocked kitchen. Overall the vibe felt as if it was a second home and very relaxing. Will definitely be back!

Great place!

This is a well maintained property with access to everything you need. The pool is really great! We enjoyed our stay putting golf, playing shuffleboard and walking to the beach!
