Two to four people can enjoy their vacation in this holiday apartment on the first floor, including the evening view of the sun disappearing behind the dike with a glass of wine. The apartment for four people is 50 square meters and features a light-filled living area. The living area consists of a sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, extractor hood, dishes, coffee maker, pots and pans, refrigerator, toaster, and a kettle.

The bedroom with two bedside tables and a wardrobe contains a double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m). A fold-down double bed with a wardrobe provides an additional sleeping option. The bathroom has a shower, sink, clothes rack, and toilet. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen satellite TV, a radio, and Wi-Fi (included).

A parking space on the property is available. There is also a northwest-facing balcony with four chairs and a table.
