Modern and tastefully furnished bright semi-detached house. Two separate bedrooms (the larger with double bed 160x200cm and the smaller with two single beds of 90x200cm) with large corner cupboards. Living room with a long-sleeper sofa (with internal mattress of 160x200cm). Flat TV's with satellite connection in the large bedroom (43 inches) and in the living room (55 inches). Wi-Fi without charge. Separate, modern equipped fully equipped kitchen with all Elektoreinrichtungen (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, induction cooker with four hobs, electric kettle, coffee filter machine, toaster, blender, hand mixer, etc.) plus dining table for up to six people. Shower room with large shower cubicle with glass separation and washing machine. All rooms are equipped with bright, insensitive design floor. Living and sleeping rooms with dimmable light. Electric shutters secure all rooms (including the front door, if desired) and darken the bedrooms. Furthermore, vacuum cleaner, ironing board / iron and hair dryer available for use! Clothes dryer and drying rack in the outdoor area. Garden terrace with two loungers, six garden chairs and a large dining table and charcoal grill. Outside area with own 500qm large garden. Fully fenced and lockable, fully grown and barely visible from the outside. Terrace with awning, table and chairs, loungers and charcoal grill for the main and low season (April to October). Laundry and kitchen / toilet package bookable on request! Shops such as bakers in town and supermarkets in the commercial area. Weekly market once a week in the district of Bad. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity and in the village with a rich selection of dishes for every taste.
The municipality of Sankt Peter-Ording has the four districts Böhl, Bad, village (south) and Ording.
In the quieter district Böhl is the until 02/2018 redeveloped, right behind the dike (!) located in Dünenrandlage totally newly furnished cottage. It is very comfortable and absolutely quiet. With 72 square meters, the semi-detached house is on one level. It offers living room, kitchen and two bedrooms for up to six people.
The outdoor area is characterized by its own 500sqm garden with direct dike access! Completely fenced and with two doors (one to the entrance and one to the dike access) lockable property, fully grown and not visible from the outside. Terrace with awning, table and six chairs, two loungers and charcoal grill are available during the main and low season (April to October). The very close to the beach object is located near the car crossing to Böhler beach and the golf course and is therefore a real rarity!
The prices start at 89EUR per night in the off-season, 119EUR in the mid-season and 149EUR for the main season (July, August, Christmas, New Year's Eve). They are valid for up to two persons each. Attention: In the main season, arrivals are only possible on Saturdays with a minimum rental period of 7 days!
The additional bed charges are for each additional (ie 3rd to 6th) Person 10EUR (V / N), 15EUR (Z) and 20EUR (high season). Final cleaning in each case 89EUR. Tourist tax is also immediately extra billed. A maximum of one dog is charged at 5EUR per day. Laundry package can be booked on request.

Das Häuschen ist sehr gut und relativ ruhig gelegen. Sehr empfehlenswert für den Urlaub mit nicht gerade kleinem Hund (kleine könnten unter einem Tor durch krabbeln.) Gut und wertig ausgestattet. Angenehm dort zu wohnen.
Wir sind mit Hund im Haus Deichblick gewesen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und super gepflegt. Der Garten ist für Mensch und Hund einfach großartig. Der Hund konnte in dem komplett eingezäunten großen Garten spielen. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und werden dieses Haus sicherlich wieder buchen.
