The building has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, the elevator and an underground parking space. The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building and guarantees a wonderful view of the huge sandy beach and the sea. Spa facilities, doctors, pharmacy, cinema, restaurants, shops, train station, pier to the beach and Dünentherme are within walking distance.
