Apartment near the beach with 2 balconies

Feet up, enjoy the view and just forget everyday life - you can do that in our apartment "sea view"!
It is down to the sand in your shoes from the apartment in the Böhl district of St. Peter-Ording is not far. The nearby Ordinger beach can also be reached within a few minutes by bike.
If the weather doesn't play along, you can make yourself comfortable in our 62 m² apartment. The lovingly and modernly furnished apartment is on the 1st Floor and invites you to cozy game evenings with an open living-dining room. Alternatively, you can make yourself comfortable with a glass of wine in the gallery, which can be reached via a staircase. The shower in the modern bathroom is guaranteed to help you get the sand off your feet at the end of the day.
Our apartment is designed for 4 people. There are several sleeping options available. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), in the living room and in the gallery there is a sofa bed with a comfortable 140x200 cm bed.
A cozy restaurant and a bakery can be found in the immediate vicinity. The district of St. Peter village with shops and many other restaurants is also only a few minutes away.
If you don't want to go to the beach for a day, you can use the communal garden.

Saubere Wohnung, schöne überdachte Balkone. Sehr ruhig gelegen, dafür aber außerhalb der Tourismuszentren. Da die Wege ohnehin in SPO sehr weit sind, braucht man schon ein Auto.

* Sauberkeit sehr gut! * Waschmaschine vorhanden - sehr gut! * Zwei Balkone sehr gut aber es fehlt eine Markise an dem Balkon im ersten Stock. Wenn dort morgens die Sonne voll drauf scheint, ist es ohne Schatten zu heiß. * Mückennetz im Schlafzimmer sehr gut aber es muss an jedes Schrägfenster ein Mückennetz (zweites Fenster im Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, Küche und Galerie)!

Es war alles sehr sauber und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und in guter Lage zum Strand. Besonders der Balkon im Obergeschoß ist bei Sonnenschein gut geeignet, sich nachmittags und abends auf einen geschützten Balkon zu setzen. Nur die Abfallentsorgung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil Restmühl und Biomühl zusammengeworfen werden.

Bei stürmischem, winterlichem Nordseewetter ist das genau die richtige Wohnung, um sich gemütlich zuhause einzukuscheln. Die FeWo ist geräumig, ruhig gelegen und schön eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattet! Alle notwendigen Läden befinden sich in der Nähe. Genau richtig für Leute, die den Trubel von St. Peter Bad meiden wollen. Der versprochene Meerblick entpuppte sich allerdings als kleiner Wasserfleck am fernen Horizont.

Spontaner Kurzaufenthalt in SPO

Mit ein paar freunden mit dem Flugzeug kurzfristig nach SPO, so war der Plan. Zum Glück konnten wir diesen mit dieser FeWo umsetzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder in diese Wohnung, dann vieleicht länger als nur eine Nacht.

Sehr schöne FeWo in ruhiger Lage.

Die FeWo liegt strandnah in einem Haus mit insgesamt vier Wohnungen im Ortsteil Böhl. Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen (zweites Schlafzimmer) und ist modern eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto kurzfristig zu erreichen. Zu Fuß etwas weit entfernt. Alternativ Fahrrad. Ansonsten alles sehr empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder.

Eine Ferienwohnung zum Erholen

Es wohnt sich herrlich im ruhigen, grünen Ortsteil Böhl, schnell ist mit dem Auto oder Rad der Böhler Strand erreicht. Die Wohnung ist modern, zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die zwei Balkone ermöglichen im Sommer bei fast jedem Wetter einen Kaffee oder ein Glas Wein im Freien zu genießen. Bei Problemen würde uns freundlich und unkompliziert geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurz- Aufenthalt

Wir hatten die Fewo für drei Übernachtungen, im Oktober gebucht. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt sehr Strandnah. Um in's Zentrum zu kommen, haben wir die Räder genutzt. Die Betten waren gut(fest) und auch das Bad war noch recht neu. Alles war in einem suberen Zusatand. Heizung, W-Lan, Radio und Fernsehen hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Der einzige, kleine Kritikpunkt, wäre die Austattung der Küche. Diese ist zum Teil doch etwas verbraucht. Der schönste Platz der Wohnung, ist die Galerie, von wo man etwas das Meer sehen kann.

Man kommt ab und fühlt sich wohl. Viel Stauraum. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders schön, 2 überdachte Balkons zu verschiedenen Seiten, hatten von morgens bis abends Sonne.

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Deich

Eine echt schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit zwei Balkonen. Einen Balkon Richtung Sonnenaufgang zum Frühstücken, den anderen um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. In anderen Bewertungen wurden die Heizung und das Internet bemängelt. Das können wir nicht bestätigen. Die Heizung funktioniert und das Internet ist schnell. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist einfach und immer nett. Wie können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
