Cozy 3-room apartment with about 51qm on 1 level (floor) for up to 4 people (Well-being occupancy: maximum 3 adults). Close to the center in sight of the market square in the district Dorf in St. Peter-Ording. A dog is also welcome.

Living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, TV (Sat) with BluRay player, stereo compact system, books and dining table for 4 people. Open kitchen with dishwasher, table-top oven, fridge freezer and Philips Senseo Pads coffee machine. No microwave. Direct access to the furnished south-facing balcony overlooking the green garden.

Rundum zufrieden

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Vor allem der Check-In über den Tresor war sehr unkompliziert und hat die Anreise um einiges erleichtert. Das einzige was bei der Wohnung stören könnte, ist die Bahnstrecke direkt hinter der Baumgrenze. Es fährt aber nur eine kleine Elektrobahn, ähnlich einer Tram. Die hört man tatsächlich nur ein wenig. Beim einschlafen hat sie nicht gestört. Der kleine Balkon ist schön für ein Getränk am Abend.

Bei geöffneten Fenstern und das ist im Sommer normal, hört man die Straße und den Zug sehr! Dafür ist die Lage ortsnah und daher diesbezüglich sehr gut.

Alles in allem zufrieden

Leider saßen wir 2 Tage in einer kalten Wohnung und das im Dezember… Der Kontakt mit der Appartement-Vermittlung war sehr zähflüssig. Ab dem 3. Tag wurden die Heizkörper endlich warm. Manche Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen: von der Kleiderschranktür hatten wir gleich den Griff in der Hand, auch die Küche hat schon recht gelitten. Das Badezimmer ist sehr beengt und die Dusche lief ständig nach. Die Lage ist OK, allerdings am Abend/in der Nacht sehr dunkel, die Straßen sind kaum ausgeleuchtet. Mit Hund zum Gassigehen suboptimal. Ansonsten war alles OK, wir würden dieses Objekt allerdings nicht nochmal buchen

Sehr schönes Objekt, aber die Sauberkeit lies Wünsche offen, unter den Betten und in den Ecken befan

den sich Spinnweben. Die Vorhänge zum Balkon hin könnten eine Wäsche vertragen. Schön wäre, wenn die Handtücher nach paar Tagen mal gewechselt würden. Die Dusche etwas schimmlig.

Die Wohnung hat geboten, was angezeigt wurde. Wasser im Badezimmer lief sehr schlecht ab.

Absprache bezüglich einer Ausnahme( zusätzliches Kleinkind) war nicht Kooperativ, nicht kundenorientiert.

Sibesterurlaub

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, zentrumsnah,aber auch in Nähe der Umgehungsstraße nach SPO Bad, daher viel Autoverkehr! Aber im Sommer sind die Bäume belaubt.

Insgesamt war die Wohnung o. K. Für den Preis ist die Wohnung allerdings sehr primitiv ausgestattet, und hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Sauberkeit war eher oberflächlich, die Duschkabine z. B. Sollte mal dringend in den Ecken gereinigt werden. Die Biomülltonnen sind einfach nur ekelhaft, jede Menge Maden. Die Messer allesamt stumpf. Sieht leider nach einer schnellen Touristenabzocke aus.

Eine gute Wahl

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht. Keine Designermöbel, IKEA-Stil. Wohnlich und als Ferienwohnung angemessen.

für uns die falsche Buchungsadresse

Schlechter Empfang der Argentur .Es gab einen Umschlag mit Schlüssel usw. Am Haus musste man erst die richtige Eingangstür suchen . Heizung defekt . war sehr laut und machte laute Geräusche. in allen Wohnungen

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern,2 und 5 Jahre) einen sehr schönen Urlaub in SPO gehabt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht, Schlüsselübergabe war super unkompliziert und zügig und in unmittelbarer Nähe. Verbesserungswünsche: In beiden Schlafzimmern kann man die Vorhänge zwar zu ziehen,jedoch wird es nicht so richtig dunkel, vielleicht könnte da nochmal nachgebessert werden. Und das Lattenrost im zweiten Schlafzimmer ist nicht mehr so richtig funktionstüchtig,hier wäre ebenfalls Handlungsbedarf... Sonst alles super und gerne wieder!!

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung!

Wir hatten extrem Pech mit dem Wetter, daher waren wir um so dankbarer, dass die Wohnung wirklich gemütlich und zum Wohlfühlen ist. Einzig das WLAN ist nicht ganz so zuverlässig. Am Anfang ging es bei zwei von drei Personen gar nicht, später dann doch bei uns allen, aber auf dem Gerät, auf dem es gleich am Anfang lief, lief es später nur noch sporadisch. Sehr merkwürdig. Wenn man einen Teenager dabei hat und das Wetter auch noch schlecht ist, ist das natürlich wichtig! Den schönen Südbalkon konnten wir aufgrund von Dauerregen leider nicht nutzen, aber bei schönem Wetter ist der sicher ganz toll! Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!
