"Very unique, all sixties American diner design including jukebox.
Parking not good as you need to join the main road on a corner, with parked cars restrickting view."
"Stayed for 1 night on way back from holiday, we were made to feel very welcome and had a nice stay and a 1st class breakfast in the morning setting us up for the day ahead, would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely hotel right on the beach. We are in the bar restaurant and thought it was very good. The rooms are warm and comfortable. We stayed in the annex and the stairs area let it down a little as it needed a good hoover - although it's a very busy hotel so I think the messiness maybe due to the number of guests using the stairs. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful but the grouting and silicone around the shower was black and mildewy. Just age and use really but definitely was in need of a make over (a re-grout).
I would definitely stay again if I was back in the area."
"Comfortable bed in a large room. Excellent shower. Nice breakfast and great value.
Stephen is a great host, very approachable and knowledgeable about cocktails and whiskeys."
"Really enjoyed our stay at Tontine. Very well located for getting around Greenock and travelling to Glasgow and other surrounding towns. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and rooms were clean and comfortable. There were quite a few parties over the weekend in the event room but we didn’t hear anything when we went back to our rooms. Nice and quiet. Would recommend. "
