Wonderful place. Delicious restaurant! We had an excellent dinner. Best mixed salad ever. Veal cordon bleed was delicious. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Sarah, hostess was extremely helpful, pleasant and delightful. Beds were very comfortable. Great shower.

It was really confusing at check in. People told us that we should have gotten an email with a code. We did not. Interestingly, that email came the morning after we checked out. I think the hotel put down the wrong date of our check-in. I grabbed a restaurant staff who was able to get us our key. Otherwise, the restaurant was great. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. We'd stay here again.

The hotel parking is right in front of the hotel. Very nice, although watch out for supply trucks pulling into the lot when you are coming or going. The staff were helpful and excellent, although I had to track down the front desk person when we arrived because they were busy in the restaurant. The stairs were difficult for one member of our family, since some of the stairs were missing a bannister. Our room was quite large and nice, but we were disappointed that the door lock got stuck when we tried to lock the door. The staff provided help, however.

Rough start, but great!

We had a lot of trouble checking in! Once that was done we found out that the elevator was not working. I have a new hip and was injured the day before we arrived. I had to climb 2 flights of stairs with no railing. It was very difficult, but the elevator should be working in a few days. Massive improvements being done in this place! It's very nice,small rooms that Americans will feel a bit uncomfortable in as there are literally 2 beds a TV and a stunning bathroom. The ladies who helped up get settled had left fresh water in each of our rooms and the complimentary breakfast was excellent with very sweet offers of drinks refills etc. I would come back in the future!

Little gem of a place, feels more like a resturant with rooms attached as it is self checkin with no real reception, but was easy and convient and all very nice, well worth the price.

Much better than anticipated

The staff member at reception was fabulous - very welcoming & gave us all the information we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the shared tea & coffee lounge. The server in the restaurant for dinner was friendly & knowledgeable.

The staff was very friendly, efficient or in other words outstanding. The two girls ran the restaurant on a very busy evening in a great manner. Even being under stress the entire time while we were in the restaurant they always had a smile on the face and just were lovely. We were lucky enough to live in one of the new rooms which were just tastefully furnished. I slept there into my 70th birthday. We can only recommend this place: the hotel, the restaurant, especially the Dutch and the German waitresses. Thank you for having such a great host.

Really stupid hotel, I booked the hotel for my friend with my credit card and they sent us a link to do the online check-in in order to get the code to access the key. The link requested the credit card to complete the online check in, which is my friend did with his credit card. then the hotel charged my credit card as well, I called the hotel, they were unfriendly and insist say no, I told them to check….after a couple of times, they found I was right…if you don’t know, or understand your online system why you use it????
