NICE & COMFORT STAY

It was a surprise stay for us, we did not expect heated pool with spa which we didn't our gears. Overall very comfort & clean stay. A bit far fm the train station.

One night at Giardino’s

We were there for an overnight in St Moritz. We had booked the b and b through a third party app. The room and common area was very clean and well appointed. The only issue we encountered was the arrival process. It was a late arrival and we were not aware the building would not be staffed. We called the emergency number to gain access which involved a key code at the front door security box. We were told we received an email with instructions but there was no email in the inbox. The problem was that, in crossing the border from Italy, cellular service was lost and did not reconnect so the email had not been delivered. If booking, be sure to indicate you will have late arrival (after 6 pm) so that the service can send all instructions in advance. The bar was not staffed and there was no dinner service in the restaurant (but there is a lovely breakfast). There also are self-service snacks and drinks at the bar, mini-bar style.

The quality of the My room in the Bed & breakfast was excellent. The advertise bar and restaurant but the bar is self service and the restaurant is merely where you eat breakfast.

Just bed and breakfast during summer and autumn

Very beautiful hotel, clean and cozy. But you have to be careful not to arrive after 6:00 p.m. there because there is no one at the reception. They send a message with the code for you to access a security box and pick up the keys to your room and check in only the next day but they do not make sure that this information arrived in the guest's hand so you can run the risk of not being able to enter the hotel.

Baustellenlärm – das Haus wurde erst abgerissen.

Direkt mit Baustelle vorm Zimmer. Wurde vom Hotelpersonal verschwiegen und führte zu bösem, frühen Erwachen. Da wird 2024-2026 sicher was hingebaut. Das Personal schweigt sich aus.

Tolles Hotel - schönes Ambiente

Immer wieder ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Einzig der Spa dürfte Abends länger offen sein (nur bis 19.00 Uhr). Matratzen etwas weicher.

カウンターステップの対応がとても親切でした。また、室内は高級で香りもとても良かったです。サンモリッツ駅からは少し離れていますが、バス停が宿のすぐ前にあるのでそれほど不便ではありません。全般的に満足です～！！
