Great selection at breakfast bar

I stayed an extra night bc I loved it so much!

Breakfast was nasty. Don’t pay for it and the breakfast staff was rude

The property is beautifully designed inside and out, but the service overall was inconsistent and the room photos online did not match the room I was assigned - it was somewhat smaller and had a much smaller bathroom that was missing the bathtub altogether. They changed their menu to the spring offerings during my stay and I felt like I was their menu tester or something bc most items I ordered did not match the menu descriptions (a spinach reduction and thyme herb chicken instead of grilled chicken and basil reduction on a buratta salad, malted & cultured butter w bread instead of simple whipped butter as indicated). Mohammed at reception was very accommodating as were the two bartenders, but overall service was not up to par, even for a 4 star hotel.

The room was really clean and the staff were very nice and polite. The location of the hotel was also very nice and close to the victoria station. However, the single room was much smaller than shown in the photos. The room was on the third floor. There was no lift and the water pressure was not very good. Also, the walls very pretty thin. I could hear the people snoring in the next room.
