"The Kingsley had a great location just on the edge of town which made it convenient to get in and out. Beautiful setting adjacent to the river. Very quiet and the staff was so very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom huge!"

The building is historical and charming but with modern conveniences, e.g. heated towel racks and remote controlled AC (yes I needed to cool the room despite being Ireland in November and it was great to have AC). The room was large, the included breakfast was delicious and served by extremely thoughtful servers.
By far the best thing about the hotel was the staff! Without a doubt this was the best hotel staff that my wife and I have ever experienced. An example of the level of thoughtfulness occurred as we checked out. I told the wonderful young woman at the check out desk that we loved the turn down chocolates (an Irish brand not available in the USA) and that we would like to buy a small bag if possible. She excused herself for a minute and came back with a large box of the chocolates as well as a hotel branded chocolate bar. She wouldn't take money and cheerfully gave us the chocolates! I truly regret that I d"
