"The rooms are huge, functional but nothing fancy. Balconies are a work in progress. The highlight is the "service"- the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and special. They are polite, courteous and they always listen. The restaurant (Ebony) on the 13th floor offers appetizing food and excellent service. Breakfast options are limited but well-prepared.
