Tranquilidade e Atendimento com Excelência!

O lugar é incrível, lindo e muito bem cuidado! Fomos super bem atendidos pela Ingrid desde o início da reserva e não mediu esforços para que tudo desse certo. Ela atende todos os hóspedes com muita gentileza e atenção! O quarto é enorme, com espaço para esparramar muita coisa! :). Cama confortável e toalhas de ótima qualidade. Tivemos momentos de muita tranquilidade e paz! Registro ainda a cordialidade dos proprietários que são presentes, conversam com os hóspedes e oferecem ótimas dicas de turismo.

Serene through and through

As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly by Olaf who informed us that our room was already available despite us being nearly four hours before check in time. She gave us each a fresh orange juice as we checked in and then spent time with us explaining the highlights of St Lucia and booked us a wetlands boat trip for the next day. Breakfast was delightful. This was truly serene in name and nature.

Kwaliteit en hartelijke ontvangst verzekerd

Prachtig verblijf in alle opzichten. Zeer modern ingericht, ongelooflijk hartelijke ontvangst van Olga. Goede uitleg en tips over de streek. Zeer verzorgd en lekker ontbijt. Alles om u tegen te zeggen, tot in de details. Het zwembad is echt een zwembad , geen plonspool. Hier komen we terug. De matrassen zijn heerlijk.

Tout est absolument parfait. La résidence est magnifique avec de grands volumes, le tout entouré d’un jardin luxuriant avec grande piscine. L’accueil et le service sont irréprochables. Le petit dejeuner est excellent et gargantuesque. Les chambres, très grandes, sont parfaitement agencées avec dressing et coin salon. Belle déco, beaux matériaux. Avons quitté à regret après y avoir passé 3 nuits. Séjour fabuleux au Serene dans une ville délicieuse et super agréable à parcourir. Des activités : hippos, big five dans le parc, plages, artisanat Zulu, restaurants...

Nice modern guest house

Great new modern guest house! Huge rooms! Very friendly people. Lovely breakfast, but it only starts at 7:45 am. You have to request earlier, if you have to leave early in the morning. There's a nice swimming pool. Be aware of the hippos in town at night. Make hippo safari at the river. Also visit the St. Lucia Wetlands park and see many Rhinos! White and black! Definitely will stay there again.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit ganz tollen Gastgebern! Wir wurden wie in einer Familie aufgenommen und haben tolle Tips für Unternehmungen bekommen. Das Frühstück läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig und auch glutenfreie Ernährung ist kein Problem!

In diesem außergewöhnlichen Boutique-Hotel passt alles zusammen: Die Architektur (Bauhaus/Le Corbusier) des Hauses, die man an diesem Ort in Südafrika nicht erwartet, die aber dennoch sehr schön in die Umgebung (unmittelbar angrenzender Naturpark mit Tieren) passt; ausgewähltes Innendesign mit Liebe zum Detail; liebevoll dargereichtes Frühstück. Perfekt!

Stylish B&B

Lovely place and very quiet and safe, although I felt that style had overtaken practicality (eg strange flooring like a rather coarse tarmac road, not uncomfortable but how can they keep toilet and bathroom floors clean?). Only reason that I have not given 5 in all categories is the feeling that I was being "sold" outings rather than "offered". Breakfast good. Saw antelopes in garden only feet away.

The best guest house in St. Lucia

Serene is by far the nicest and most modern guest house in St. Lucia. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are huge! Breakfast is served daily and includes omelette and hot meal options.

A must in St. Lucia

We had a wonderful time at Serene Estate in St. Lucia. The staff and owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating, the space was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer.

Das schönste Haus im ganzen Ort - ein Traum von einer Villa. Modern gestaltete Zimmer. Und im Garten grasen sogar manchmal Hippos. Wunderbare Gastgeber, die ihren Gästen gern bei der Tagesgestaltung behilflich sind und alle erforderlichen Formalitäten abnehmen. Das Frühstück wird frisch für jeden Gast zubereitet. Wir kommen wieder. Sehr gerne.
