"Room was disgusting. Staff literally was answering their personal phones (at least 3 different times) while helping people. It smelled atrocious. Mattresses has giant stains on them. Mattresses had crumbs on them. The floor was sticky. No way the mini fridge has ever been cleaned.. stains ..."

"My overnight stay was okay. The pool was over crowded with children (both pools). Someone pulled the fire alarm after 9pm. The hotel is nice and I will stay there again. I just have to make sure no one is having a family reunion at the time I want to stay. It was too many to children."
